Our system is not a modular or manufactured home.
This system is designed to accelerate construction delays without skipping the important parts such as walls and inspections.
Our Shipping Only option comes in parts and gets assembled on site. It includes all walls with electrical and plumbing roughed in, as well as membrane, siding, windows, floors, and roof.
Videos documenting every wall exterior sheeting are shared.
We offer install packages with or without New Home Warranty or we can sell you the package and you can do it yourself.
