1-Chose your model and Shipped or with Permit

2-Finalize your order and sign contract whether you chose payment plans, financing or buy out, if you need a "Custom" size contact us at info@newleafvision.ca and  checkout will be done manually. 

3-Download our app and choose your color, material and finishes. You will be able to follow the schedule of your build from our app and see it all the way to delivery if delivered only. 

4-If we do the permit, we will be filing for a permit within 10 days anywhere in Canada.  The entire drawings and city process is handled by us from start to finish and included.
