1-Chose your model and Shipped or Installed
2-Finalize your order and sign contract whether you chose payment plans, financing or buy out, if you need a "Custom" size contact us at info@newleafvision.ca and checkout will be done manually.
3-Download our app and chose your color, material and finishes. You will be able to follow the schedule of your build from our app and see it all the way to delivery if delivered only.
4-If we do the install, we will be filing for permit within 10 days anywhere in Canada. Excavation will start immediately after we have filed. The entire drawings and city process is handled by us from start to finish and included.
5-Once permit is approved, foundation will be ready for inspection and delivery of the system will be coordinated as so Lockup stage is reached within 10 Business days of Permit Delivery. Lockup stage includes (Foundation, framing, electrical/plumbing rough ins, exterior and insulation inspections) Windows installed, roof and siding completed.
6-Completion inspection within 15 days of Lockup stage.

We offer payment plans up to 4 months available at self checkout depending on models through a different secured checkout portal or financing can be arranged through financing@newleafvision.ca
