Dustin and Jean are two visionaries with the same goals and ambitions who both believe that construction should not be hard to manage. Both having their own companies, they decided to create NLV together to merge their knowledge and create a line of unique services while providing project management for any size project.

One of the main problem in today's construction is the lack of communication between clients and management, consultants and trades.
At New Leaf, we believe that communication saves time and fixes problems before they happen in most cases. This is why we focus on creating systems that favorises communication throughout the entire project, big or small.
Our Team.
Dustin is a structural designer, interior designer and a building technologist. As a design manager for several years, he performed design along with construction management tasks for various large projects. He worked on theatres, shopping malls, and various custom commercial interiors.

His 10 years of experience as a structural designer and engineer of ship construction gives him a serious insight on any building structure, which allows our company to be ready for inspection when we say we are.

Dustin has a strong understanding of the building code mixed with 3D modelling and BIM design capabilities, which gives him the ability to review projects in advance and solve problems that may occur during the process.

He is always researching new technologies and systems to meet the needs of our clients and show results beyond their expectations
Dustin Kang
Jean Francis Bolduc is a 37-year-old entrepreneur and construction expert with a passion for innovation and a dedication to his family. Born and raised in Canada, Jean attended French school and college before earning a Major in business with Minors in Law and Marketing, from the University of Ottawa.

With over 15 years of experience in wood framing and a deep understanding of commercial construction and the corporate side of the industry, Jean has successfully owned and operated several construction businesses. His experience allowed him to also offer services as a Construction Business Consultant. He is a creative thinker and problem solver who is always looking for new ways to improve and innovate the construction process around the world. Jean's expertise in prefabbing wood panels has allowed him to create systems that simplify every step of construction, from before the build to after the build.

Jean also has a high understanding of codes and architectural / structural rules, which enables him to design residential and commercial buildings with precision and efficiency. In addition to his technical skills, Jean is highly efficient at documenting and tracking relevant information on a commercial job site. This skill has helped him to manage projects effectively and efficiently, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Despite his professional achievements, Jean's true passion is his family. He is a devoted husband and father who enjoys spending time with his wife and children, traveling and exploring new places together. Whether at work or at home, Jean is driven by a desire to make a positive impact on the world around him and to leave a lasting legacy of innovation and excellence.
