HOLD DOWN PRECISE LOCATION
When we do our simplified layouts, we account for every hold down, and the way we accomplish this is by creating a Slab layout for your concrete crew to use. We simply locate every rod and supply a precise location for every one of them, the day of your pour, we will send our engineer on site to double-check all locations prior to pouring. This visit will be included in the price we give you.
HANDLES FOR TRANSPORT AND STORAGE
We use certified rated handles on every wall panels to facilitate transport, storage and installation, No need for infinite dunnage. As long as you have the proper crane on site and a proper dock to unload, a 45 Ft truck should take about an hour to offload. If your framers follow our recommendations, you can easily stand a floor a day using your crane non-stop with 2 crews of installation. Walls still comes in packages per unit but lifted with the handles.
TYVEK INSTALLATION
We upload all structural panels nail patterns pictures on a special hard drive for your project and coordinate with your structural engineer for review. Some engineers will ask to visit the shop or site which is also possible with us. We can then install your tyvek prior installation, we also offer the option to install window prep in shop if we gonna install your windows. Double our services for a 5% Discount.
PRE DRILLED HOLD DOWNS AND COLUMNS
Because we take care of our hold down system from the slab, we are able to install and nail all our columns in the right place as well as pre-drilling all our hold downs ahead. This will make it easy for your floor crew to follow the Hold downs system posts as they go.
WATERPROOF LABELLING
All our walls comes with waterproof labelling on the side of the wall so you can keep track of your layout easily.
INTERLOCKING TOP PLATES
All top plates are marked and sent aside for quicker installation. We also account for interior walls to interlock with outside wall if interiors are made of wood.
LAYOUT LINING UP THROUGH FLOORS
We make sure that our layout is done for a wall on all floors at once, which means that as long as your installation crew follows the measurements provided, everything will line up perfectly.
ON SITE PREFAB OPTIONS (NO TRANSPORT)
You have lot of space on your site and want to use it and save on transport ? We do offer the option of prefabbing On site and provide you with the same services and attention to detail.
WINDOW AND RAIN SCREEN PREP (SIDING READY)
We offer the option of prepping window details OFF site along with rain screen so as soon as your building is dry we get our penetrations cutted out and we can start siding. We have partners on Vancouver Island that can side your building that way for a fraction of the price.
