Both the Canadian-designed panelized system and Plug & Play container units are customizable and streamlined. Options include Shipping Only (customer manages assembly) or Installed Packages with or without New Home Warranty. All components — pre-framed walls, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, siding, roofing, windows, and doors — come included and documented for permits.
Panelized System
Built to Californian building code and Vancouver Island moisture requirements, panelized homes ship in parts for on-site assembly. Packages range from supply-only to full installation with permits.

- •Ground must be stable and accessible — no cliffs, loose rock, or hazardous terrain.
- •Any major leveling, blasting, or geotechnical work is not included in our standard offering.
Utility Access
- •Power, water, and sewage services must be located within 50 feet of the build site.
- •Electrical panel upgrades are not included and may be required depending on your existing infrastructure.
